Phillips Planning Services Ltd has been established for over 20 years and provides a wide range of town planning and urban design consultancy services.

The practice has extensive experience in all aspects of urban and rural planning situations and works for both private and public sector clients on Residential, Commercial & Industrial, Leisure, Minerals & Waste Management, Agricultural / Horticultural, Listed Building, Conservation Area and Environmental projects.

Our key areas of work include the submission and management of Planning & Listed Building Applications and Appeals, land and property development appraisals, site promotion through the Development Plan process at both a strategic and local level and Urban Design projects ranging from large scale Master Planning down to single plot designs and extensions.

We currently employ fifteen professional members of staff across our Bedford and Stafford offices, including chartered town planners and specialists in urban design and graphics. Together this mix of skills enables us to facilitate all aspects of the development process, from design conceptualisation to final presentation.
